SERVICES PROVIDED

 A 25% FEE OF SALES INCLUDES - THE FOLLOWING: 

1. A two million dollar liability insurance policy.
2. Fifty thousand dollar coverage on your personal items and contents, we are the only estate sale company in Florida to insure your personal items and contents for theft or damage.
3. No up-front fees or out of pocket expenses for you, we will come to you for one item or a house full.
4. So you can't have a sale at your location, no problem. We have a solution for people that live in gated communities or other areas that do not allow sales. We can buy out the estate or move it to another location.
5. We cover the entire state of Florida.
6. All appraisals, (ASA and GIA when needed) included on our estate sale fee.
7. We provide all state and local permits, security and parking attendants for street control as our sales bring in hundreds of buyers. We work with local police if needed.
8. We cover all checks and accept all major credit cards in order to optimize sales.
9. We pay for all advertising and sign permits, local newspaper ads, the printing and distribution of flyers, an e-mail list newsletter and driving directions. Internet advertising on EstateSales.NET will also get you a local and national audience.
10. A complete staff is on site in each room to answer questions for buyers and three cashiers are present during the first few hours of the sale.
11. A moving service is available for large items such as pianos, appliances, furniture, etc.
12. We collect state sales tax and exemption numbers as well as file paper work.
13. 25% Fee is the minimal fee for ON SITE SALES ONLY. This DOES NOT include sales where items are to be taken out of said house. Said sales are subject to an higher fee.

• Antique appraiser for eight years on TV show, Antique Extravaganza, WCEU, Channel 15, PBS
• Museum exhibit designer, M.O.S.H. Museum of Science and History, Jacksonville, FL.
• Previous owner of The Orlando Fairgrounds Antique Show.
